It is important to understand that fabric defines the hijab clothing industry. For a woman to trust a model or design as wearable, the model or design must be comfortable to wear and made from high-quality materials. Fabric Selection is a very important part of the Inaaya Palette business.
In an effort to offer our customers superior quality hijabs and variety of textures, finishes, and durability, we specialized in importing fabric from other countries. Our jersey hijabs have some of the softest, most elastic materials available, allowing them to stay in place and be comfortable for everyday use. The chiffon hijab is lightweight and structured, so it is very easy to wear and style without the need to make constant adjustments. The Shimmer hijab is also sourced from abroad, but care is taken to help eliminate stiffness in the fabric and ensure a soft touch against the skin.
When we source and use imported materials, we take on a responsibility that is larger than just enjoying the fabric; we work with trusted suppliers to maintain consistency in fabric quality. This relationship with our suppliers helps us to minimize common problems that customers face, such as uneven dyeing, frayed edges, and fabric that loses shape after it is washed.
One of the biggest challenges with sourcing fabric from abroad is balancing cost with affordability. Many customers have a perception that an imported product will be more expensive, however, through smart sourcing and building long-term relationships with suppliers, we have been able to maintain an affordable price point at Inaaya Palette without sacrificing comfort or quality.
